Yes, they absolutely can. Whatever he or she gets out of the experience is entirely up to that particular individual.

Yes. If your child is underage and has a problem with drugs you can force them to go to rehab. Since your child is underage you are their guardian and can make these kinds of decisions for them.

No of course not. Parent must be protect their children from these drugs at all. Parents are visible god. So they have to lead their children in the right way.
