Veterans receiving 100% service connected disability receive some base privileges, including commissary privileges. They also receive medical and dental care and educational assistance.
If you are 100% diabled due to military service and have been certified by the Veterans Administration, yes. You will need to get an ID card from the base however.
Yes any veteran can go onto a military base. There is a requirement that you have a military ID or your DD 214 in order to purchase anything on the base.
