Black shih-tzus are not as common as white ones. They can be found but usually command a higher price. These types of dogs are sought after.

Yes, there are! Check with your area's breeders, if they don't have one, they may know someone who does, and keep looking and asking until you find one, there are great resources on the internet, too, but be careful with that, make sure whoever you contact is reputable.
