After replacing my monitor, the keyboard and mouse don't work. What could be the problem?

Its very possible that you dislodged the USB or PS/2 cables for either the keyboard, mouse, or both when replacing the monitor. Double check your connections and try again.

I have checked all the cables and I have even switched them to other ports and the mouse and keyboard will still not work. add a comment

when you change the configuration of your computer you must go to control panel-add hardware and from there you select your new components
