Please get it towed to a service center and examined ASAP. You will need a full diagnostics to check the cause of the problem. Are you able to start the Sprinter at all?

Before that why don't you check your battery and get it charged. Check the voltage and current.  add a comment

Sometimes all that is needed is a ECU reset - the techies will do that for you. Hopefully it's not a more serious problem  add a comment

I would recommend you first read your owner's manual to determine if you can fix the error or if it should be taken to the dealership for service.

bad luck! Your ignition module is probably bust. That's gonna blow a hole in your pocket - almost 900$ if you manage to get your hands on one. Add to that the cost of towing and having to live for about 1-2 weeks without your Sprinter! Ouch!!

Other possible problems:
WSP problems
glo plug problems
key security code problem (easiest to set right! )
I got these after digging some Dodge forums!  add a comment

There might be a problem in the ignition module. Take it to the service center and get it checked quickly.

Take it to a local parts shop and let them run a free diagnostic on the engine and see what codes it throws. They can tell you all about it there.

A start error could be many things, of one it could be your starter or your transmission problem with your car. A reliable mechanic can help you pinpoint the problem and get the repair you need.

It might be the transmission since I do not know much information I would assume it is the transmission which means it need to be replaced. You may have to take it to a mechanic for further testing.
