Since it is a WAN and they are all interconnected to each other computer your best bet would be to connect them to corresponding routers and hubs. it would take too much bandwidth to have them all connected to one central hub or router. And also since it is a fairly large network i recommend using STP wires.

A network management system includes a plurality of network cells, each network cell associated with at least one monitored network node or element. The system also includes an instant messaging server in communication with the network nodes, and a client workstation, in communication with the instant messaging server.

Distributed solution with centralized monitoring is recommended. All networks need to work with each other. In case of failures traffic would be rerouted. Distributed solution would enable higher uptime/resiliency.

Distributed management because we have seven networks separated by routers but combined networks support 12 servers and 145 clients. So we have Distributed informations via servers to clients using distributed management.
