Yes. It is definetely not a good idea to put visine in someone's food. It is not meant to be consumed. it can cause stomach upset.

Ingesting Visine can cause serious internal problems. However, It would take a significant amout of Visine for it to cause any damage; anything more than a bottle is considered dangerous. Generally people who swallow Visine have severe diahhrea and vomiting. There have been many cases of people dying from having Visine in their digetive system.

It's a common trick waiter's use on tricky customers, or if they are having a bad day...so lesson here is don't eat out enough to where you could possibly ingest over a bottle of visine via vindictive waiters and waitresses

Why on earth would you want to put anything that shouldn't be there is someone's food? Whether or not it could cause harm is not the point.

Putting Visine in food can cause depression. Because the ingredients in Visine can be poisonous, it can also cause vomiting, low blood pressure, and cause lethargy. It can also cause your vision to become blurred.
