No, to tell if your cat is pregnant i would advise a trip to the vets especially if the cat is gaining weight and the nipples are enlarged and dark pinkish in colour.Your vet may be able to tell by feeling your cats stomach or by a scan.

No.. the hormones tested for in human pregnancy tests are specific for humans only and will not work on cats. The hormone is Human Chorionic Gonadotropin, very specific to humans.
