Yes it could be chemical because usually it is past time to start your menstural cycle for the next month.

I am not sure what you mean by chemical. It is possibe to get a false positive result if you are on certain medications for infertility. Also, elevation in hCG levels caused by certain cancers can result in a false positve. A defective test kit can also give wrong result.

Yes, If you take a pregnancy at that time you could be getting results from a fertilized but not implanted egg. If you have bleeding after you believe you are pregnant visit your doctor.

If you've had unprotected sex and now have a positive pregnany test, it is likely you are pregnant. You should make an appointment with your physician.
