There are a number of factors to be considered. Speak with your commanding officer about the details regarding your TDRL and separation with regard to pay.

Generally the answer is yes as long as you have 20 years or 30% permanent disability. if the disability is combat related then it falls under NDAA 2008, this will also assist you in finding a Veterans Service Officer. They will be able to walk you through the process and make sure you receive all that is due to you.

Generally, Yes; "Temporary Disability Retirement List": - If you have >= 20 years of service or >= 30% permanent disability, then you enter the (PDRL) Permanent Disability Retired List. - If you have < 20 years of service or < 30% permanent disability, then you can either get transferred to active duty or separated with (or without) severance pay.

You may be eligible for "involuntary severance pay," if you are leaving the military due to the disability. You cannot receive VA benefits AND severance. When you complete all the paperwork for separation, someone should be able to explain the benefits for which you are eligible.

Insufficient information to answer properly due to complexity of possible answers. Refer to Department of Defense Financial Management Regulation 7000. 14-R, Volume 7B, Chapter 11 for possible outcomes.

Talk to your commanding officer about the particulars of your situation. Whether you get severance depends on many different factors, so your case will get one-on-one consideration.
