While it might be extremely difficult to actually get the hat to say on the kitten, it is definitely possible for a kitten to wear a hat, albeit possibly grudgingly.

Kittens, like most other animals, do not like items of clothing on their heads. If an items such as a cap is placed on a kitten it will remove it.

It depends. Probably he won't like it at first, but if you give him tuna fish or cat nip every time, he might get used to wearing it.

Not voluntarily. However, you might get a kitten to tolerate a hat, depending on the hat and whether you are nice about putting it on the kitten. If you try every day, the kitten may just get used to having a hat on. For a while.
