Price may vary depends on the model of oven. If it is more convenient from normal oven then convection system could be more price because it can make more items.
Convection ovens typically use less power in that they cook the food faster with less current which may along with the added value offset the price difference.
yes I believe that the price will be little cheaper than trying to buy them seperatebecause if you bought them seperate will be coming out you pockets a couple of hundred of dollars
