How do you clean a Hamilton Beach convection oven?

There should be a self cleaner on it. If there is not you can take oven cleaner and spray it all over the oven on a nice spring day and turn the broiler on. Then you just go back and wipe it out.

There are two basic ways of cleaning an oven. Some ovens have a self-cleaning mode. In these types of ovens it just burns everything inside off. However, not all ovens have this function. For that type of oven you will have to go to the store and purchase something like easy off and scrub the oven by hand.

first take all the racks out of the oven if it self cleaning shut the door then turn on the self cleaning it should lock the door and clean it it takes about 3 hours sometime just depend how bad it is and you still have to spray oven cleaner in it and let sit and wipe
