Should I get an electric range?

An electric range is both more efficient and safer than the gas range. It is also more simple to clean and maintain.

Personally I prefer an electric range.I believe cost-wise they are about the same. We've had both and both appear to equally cost-efficient. I like the electric range because you can turn the burners off, your food will stay warm for a while longer; but when you turn the gas burner off, the heat is gone!
