Lower abdomen pain could be a symptom of gas, diarrhea, constipation, a pulled muscle, or simply a growing pain dependent on your age. In women, pms cramps may begin monthly before onset of the period. If it is continuous or dehabilitating and you doubt a pulled muscle, see a doctor.
