Pain in the lower right abdomen could be caused by any number of things, most likely indigestion or gas. Kidney trouble could also cause this pain.

a few things. your appendix is located in the lower right abdomen, and in females theres the ovaries. in females if its the ovary causing pain it might not be serious as ovulation often causes a dull ache.
