It could be caused by several different things. I would check with your dentist to have this investigated so that you can find some relief.

This can be caused when the wisdom teeth start coming in and start pushing against the existing teeth or you could have an infection around the ear area or sinuses.

See your dentist if your lower teeth are in pain. You might have a cavity. You dentist can give you mouthwash to reduce any swelling and then evaluate the situation.

Nerve pain such as that from a deep carious lesion is a good start. A really good left hook or upper cut can also do the trick.

Teeth pain is ofter refeared and could be the result of a sinus infection, ear infection or an infected tooth somewhere else in your mouth. If it continues or becomes worse you should consult with you r doctor to rule out anything serious, or your dentist to rule out a dental issue.
