Why would my boss get upset for my looking at him?

When you are at work you should be working hard for your money, not looking at your boss. Your boss may also think you have a crush on him and feel sexually harrassed. I would go sweep the floor if there was nothing else to do and show him you are a hard worker.

If you were giving him a dirty look, that would get anybody upset or make them feel uncomfortable. If you conversating with him or her, that is one thing. But if you aren't and you are looking at him or her, that is probably why.
