Why would I be having cheat pain and nausea?

The pain is not sharp, just dull.

Chest pain and nausea can be a sign of many things but it can also indicate a heart attack so you should seek medical attention immediately to rule it out.

Chest pain and nausea can be associated with gastric problems but, is usually classic for angina or pain caused by insufficient blood flow to the heart. These are often accompainied by other symptoms such as: -pain in the mid-upper chest accompanied by shortness of breath -pain lasting 10-15 minutes at a time or subsides with rest -profuse sweating -dizziness

Chest pain and nausea are two of the most common symptoms of heart attack and the pain does not have to be sharp to be associated with the heart. With just the symptoms you are having, a trip to the doctor would be wise. Regardless of your age or gender, these can be warning signs and should not be ignored.
