This could be because of several things. The eye could be dirty, unaligned or scratched. Also make sure the game you are trying to play is not scratched or dirty.
You may have a broken soft or if you want to play pirated games you dont have a piracy firmware. Or the umd of your game might be scratched. Good luck!
