Being upset or not feeling well are the most likely reasons. Give them a couple days, maybe try some different food. If they don't improve take them to a vet.

Dogs will get bored with their food or if they feel sick they wont want to eat. If they are sick they will vomit or have loose bowels, sometimes they will eat grass, which is a natural "pepto". Dog is not eager to eat or looks at the food and walks away but isnt sick then he/she is probably bored.

Unfortunatly it could be any number of things, however, a likely culprit could be parvo, it is a specific ailment that makes your dog not want to drink or eat

There could be any number of reasons why your dog won't eat. He could be ill, especially if there are other signs. He may also be bored or depressed: change his food, buy new toys, and don't leave him alone for long periods of time, and show him extra affection.
