There shouldn't be a strong odor coming out of the area of your wisdom teeth extraction. If there is, it could be a cause for concern such as infection.

You should not have an odor after your wisdom tooth was removed but if you do it should go away pretty quick.

You may detect an odor of blood and decaying tissue for up to two weeks after removing your wisdom teeth. If you detect any other odor, contact your dentist immediately.

After an extraction, there will be blood and blood odor. When your dentist says it's safe, rinse with warm salt water to clean your mouth, but avoid scrubbing at the extraction site. The dried blood plugs the wound and promotes healing, preventing "dry socket" and painful, delayed healing.

Yes it will go away. It could be your blood, if your a smoker it stinks really bad. It could have had an infection down there. There is a chance you could have some food stuck in the extraction spot so you might want to return to your dentist.

The odor that you are experiencing, is a blot clot forming. When the blood clot forms and reacts with your mouth, there is a bad odor and taste. This can be fixed with salt water rinses and mouthwash.

Wisdom teeth extraction is a major surgery. Odor from the area could mean that there is an infection during the healing process. It would be best for you to go back to the surgeon and have him check the area to ensure the incisions are properly healing. He will also be able to see where the odor is coming from.

After the extraction of the teeth,a clot formation takes place. The bacteria present comes in contact with the blood in a warm ,moist mouth leading to foul putrefied odor.
