Why is my pebble tec coming off on my new pool?

The pebble tec could be coming off due to the shifting of the ground. If your pool is still new I would contact the company that installed your pool or the manufacturer. It may still be under warranty. Another option is to use silicone-flexible grout to reattach and seal the pebbles on your pool.

Unless a pool is maintained within a very narrow window maintaining tight pH, acidity and alkalinity, the material within which the Pebble tec is adherent, usually plaster, will begin to break down and allow the Pebble tec to fall off.

We use a stain solution by The Jacks Magic company. The have every product available and test kits to test for the proper amount of stain solution in the pool.
