There are a variety of reasons a cat can lose hair around the eyes. Further testing would be required. Differentials include: allergies, hyperthyroidism, endocrine conditions, dermatitis, self-mutilation, melatonin deficiency, among other causes. I would recommend watching your cat to make sure she is not over-grooming. If not, see your veterinarian.
