Why have my geraniums stopped flowering?

Well if you the weather has just gotten warmer, the cold weather may have held back their growth. Make sure to water regularly. Also watch out for bud worms, which could be your problem. These are very hard to spot, if you spot one use an Ortho product to get rid of these worms.

Geraniums really respond to being fertilized! First water with plain water, then an hour or two later fertilize your geranium with a high middle number of water soluble fertilizer.

On occassion a plant will stop blooming because it needs to go back to the root and replenish itself but a geranium tends to do what it wants when it wants to with no rhym or reason.

Your geraniums could have stopped flowering becuase of a change in chemicals in the ground. Some other causes might be if they are not watered or given enough fertilizer. If you recently transplanted them they might not be used to the new dirt or the change in the amount of sunlight that the plants receive.

There are many reasons that geraniums stop flowering. make sure your soil is moist, it gets sun 6 hrs a day, snip off and dead flowers and leaves and most importantly be sure to fertilize it once a month. buy keeping up with this routine your flowers should last into fall.

Most probably,the dirt is wet and they have not been in the sun for a long time,applying too much fertilizer can also cause this.This plant likes dry environment and you also need to prune it at the right time.

well it could be its not getting enought sun or you need to pinch back the dead flowers and the dead leave this make for a healther plant and a fuller one to

They May Have Stopped Due To Intense Heat, Not Enough Water, or the older dying blooms may be holding it back...
