Why doesn't he call as much as he did when we first met?

The reason is simple and that is over time everyone gets alittle tired of someone else. It doesn't mean he likes you any less though.

Men are not big talkers in general. We'll make a special effort in the early days because we know girls like it but are relieved when things settle and less special effort is needed.

He isn't calling as much because he has started to get to know you. The novelty is wearing off. That isn't bad - unless he is moving on.

Many men feel that as long as someone isn't complaining that there's nothing wrong. He probably figures that all those "early relationship" jitters have passed. Talk to him. That's the easiest thing you can do to fix a problem in ANY kind of relationship. Just ask.

That's because he feels like he's "got you" now, so he's not going to put in much effort once he's "got you" and your his.
