The reason your truck keeps overheating is probably that there is a problem of some kind with your radiator. It may need to be changed. In the mean time be sure there is always enough water in the radiator. You may also want to carry a gallon of water in case it starts overheating while on the road.

Although several reasons may apply, a blocked radiator could likely be the problem, especially if overheating is a newly observed condition.

It is likely you have a broken water pump, or something wrong with your radiator. Check your coolant levels in your radiator first and add coolant if needed. Else check your water pump to make sure it's working properly.
