Why does my skin hurt?

Does it only hurt in the place where you were hit or is it other places as well? If you were hit exceptionally hard there could be bruising that has yet to come to the surface of the skin. In other words, it may be deep tissue bruising. If it bothers you after two days see a doctor.

Probably bruising even if there is no bruising visible. Skin tears and just plain trauma to the skin can cause pain. If it becomes more bother some check with your doctor.

Your skin probably hurts cause you got hit and now there is going to be a bruise. It will go away in a couple of days.

There will be two reasons your skin will hurt after getting hit by the ball. 1. Friction of the balls surface against your skin will cause a slight burning. 2. The impact of the ball will cause small breakages of blood vessels in your skin, in other words surface bruising.
