Why does my Frigidaire gallery washer make noise when agitating and spinning?

I would first check to see that the clothes are but in the correct. Don't throw them in. Next make sure that the machine is level.

There are several reasons it could be making a noise. It could be coming off track from the belt that makes it spin, there could be something in the track causing it to be jammed up, there also could be tension in the belt. You may want to look at the line and check for items in the way.

I would consult the owner's manual for information it may give about "Noises" when agitating and spinning. It could be something as simple as the machine is off balance to issues such as a bad belt or even drive shaft or transmission issues.

If it is a knocking sound during the spin cycle it could be a bad shock absorber or a bad drum support spider. The noise when the machine is agitating could be the belt coming apart and hitting the support bracket every time it makes a revolution. Check the bearings also.

There are several reasons are there for it.First of all you check the legs which control the balance if you machine.The second thing is the Drum bearing broken.If anything stucked between the inner and outer drum will make noise.

In our washer usually sound is not that much noisy, but when we put the cloths in the washer uneven level then that nose will occur while spinning.

Your gallery washer must be having dirt in it or it requires greasing and oiling. See that some thread is not stuck in the spinner

There could be something damaged or broken on the inside of the washer. I would have this checked out by a dealer that could tell you what your actual specific problem would be.
