Alot of times a baby's poop comes out different colors depending on what they eat. If your baby is a newborn he/she could have swallowed muscus when he/she was born and this will make the poop a weird color. If your baby is eating baby food or soy forumla the poop will come out different colors.

Babies digestive tracks work similarly as our but not exactley the same. I personally would suggest changing food every few days to determine the cause.

Gray poop in babies can mean a lack of bile because of a bile duct blockage. If the baby is old enough to be eating baby food maybe it was something he ate. If this lasts more than a few days, see the baby doctor for further evaluation. Better to be safe than sorry.

Gray or whitish bowel movements are a result of one of two things, being overly constipated or overcoming a virus like Rota Virus.

Different poop color is common. It all depends what the baby is eating. If the milk is cold then it will be a different color. Check with your doctor.

It depends. I would definitely mention it to your doctor at your next appointment or make an appointment if you do not have one scheduled.
