Some people start going gray very young. Blame genetics. However there are possible health issues that can cause it too, including vitamin deficiencies. If excessive and alarming, ask your doctor.

Find a permanent hair color that is closest to your natural shade that also covers gray. If your hair is really gray, add additional time to process. You could also get some highlights or a heavy frosting to help the gray blend better.

This happens very frequently to women who have had children. When I was pregnant I did not have any armpit hair. After I gave birth my hair turned grey, so now I colour it. You may also have PCOS.

The loss of great deal of hair and now the hair growing back in gray is due to the loss of hormones from the body after the birth of the baby. But you have now to use some artificial color which are easily available in the market and are also skin-friendly. Hair once gone gray can't be turned into black.
