Peripheral neuropathy, can be a symptom of high sugar levels. It can also be symptomatic of Rheumatoid Arthritis. If you have already been wearing supportive shoes,if not, you should try that first, then consult with a doctor, if you find that you are still uncomfortable. Persistent numbness or tingling sensation of the skin no matter the location can be a warning sign of possible nerve damage, injury or disease. A doctor should be consulted.

You might be wearing a very tight fittings for your feet, that may be the cause of pain in your feet. Change your footwears. That will help you. You can also do exercises for your feet
