Why do I not receive my text messages?

Call your customer service provider to see if it is the phone or the service.Your message box may be full. You can also reboot the phone and see if that works. You could also back up everything to see if that could be a solution. I have also checked my plan to see about texting.

Make sure that your text inbox is not full. Also make sure that you have given people your correct phone number when they text you.

First of all, u should check if you're phone is working perfectly, if you have enough free space for receiving messages. If that didn't help, you should check your operator to see if you are allowed to receive messages. You can also check the characters in the message from the sender, since some of the characters your phone can't display.

You may not be receiving your text messages for a variety of reasons. Your phone may not be enabled to receive them or it may not be a service offered with your phone. The best thing to do is contact your cell phone provider so they can troubleshoot the issue.

There are likely a couple of reasons that may explain why you are not receiving text messages, one of the biggest ones being that your plan doesn't support text messages. Another reason could be that your phone's memory is full and incapable of storing new messages. Try deleting some old messages.
