when i was pregnant and had pain in my groin it turned out to be an urinary tract infection so you may want to be checked for that and tell your doctor about the pain so he or she can find out what is actually causing it if it is something other than a uti.

Groin pain is usually caused by the loosening of ligaments which occurs due to the release of relaxin - a hormone - prior to giving birth. If it is very bad, you may have what is known as pubic symphasis disorder, which will generally go away after the birth. A pregnancy belt may help, as will resting.

Groin pain is very common throughout pregnancy. It is caused by your increasing belly, uterus etc due to the growth of your baby. It is sometimes attributed to the changes in hormones in your body as well. Try and rest if you can and not over do it if you are having a great deal of pain.

As your uterus grows, it puts pressure and stress on your groin, causing you pain. You may try a maternity belt for some relief.
