Mild to moderate groin pain during pregnancy is often the cause of the pelvis opening in preparation of the baby being born.

Hernia, hemroids, or just the position of the baby can cause pain. My current pregnancy baby really likes to kick me in the cervix, which causes bleeding.

It is most likely Round Ligament Pain. It is caused from the growth of your baby, and your uterus increasing in size. It is nothing to worry about, a lot of women experience this.

You could possibly have a hemorrhoid, since they are very common during pregnancy. They make medicine for the relief of hemorrhoids.
