It sounds like you are looking for what is called an empathy belly. I would start out by looking on eBay as many times you can get the item cheap.

Your best options would be to research them via ebay and or maternity clothing stores such as MIMI Maternity. Other options would be to go to Babies R Us. Costume stores may be a last resort.

Some hospital / birthing centers will have them. Maternity stores have them there but only for trying on clothes while you are there. Also check with hospital maternity center.
