I would not recommend it. If you are pregnant I would suggest that you always consult with your doctor before you take any medication. I do not know what ingredients are in NyQuil but even asprin can be harmful to you and your baby, you should ask your doctor no matter what.

Nyquil and other liquid cold medicines are made with alcohol as well as other harmful ingredients that could pass through to your baby.

NyQuil contains a great deal of alcohol, which is very bad for a fetus. Alcohol, regardless of whether it is in beer or in a medication, is very harmful to a fetus. It can cause brain damage and even fetal alcohol syndrome, which can give a child severe developmental problems for his entire life.

NyQuil has a large amount of Alcohol in it, therefore it's not safe for pregnant women to take. Most doctors claim the only over the counter drug you can take during pregnancy is Tylenol. Whenever something is wrong ask your doctor what you should take. Only take drugs that your doctor says are okay to take.
