Why can't I receive .xls e-mail?

. XLS is not an email format. It is a Microsoft Excel file. Emails are not in this file. You can attach an. XLS file though.

It is possible that the attachments are being blocked by server security that blocks any attachments from unknown senders. It is also possible that the Excel worksheets since are infected with a Macro virus and are being filtered by anti-virus software.

You can received a XLS e mail but please check you junk mail that will be as a junk mail. Or else please changed your account setting. Once you transfer in your inbox please change the account rule so that i will fall in your inbox from when ever you receive the xls e mail
