In addition to the agreed debt, can mechanical fees and user parking violations be added as liquidated damages? Can the damage of credit history (repossession) and legal blemishes fall into liquidated damages and how can I measure such damage?

No charges can be added to the original contract for the purchase of the vehicle. Your parking tickets are yours to pay; they are not attached to a vehicle. A leasing company, e.g., can charge you for repairs/damage. Other charges may be assessed, depending on the laws in your state. The question of damage to credit is not clear.

You can file them under chapter 11 or 13 bankruptcy. Otherwise, I do not think that they can be considered liquidated assets. If you are sued and there is a judgement against you, then that may change things.
