Make sure you are not overwatering or underwatering the plant. When soil is dry approximately 1" from top, it's time to water. Try using distilled water instead of tap water. Make sure the plant is getting at least 4-5 hours of sunlight, and afternoon sun is its favorite. Fertilize April thru October with proper houseplant fertilizer.

That is perfectly normal and it is due to the nature of the plant. The plant is growing and as a result, leaves shed.

The leaves are either ready to come off to support growth of new leaves or the leaves are not getting enough nutrition. An appropriate amount of nutrition must be able to circulate through the roots and stems to reach the leaves. This circulation system may be effected by insuffecient rooting, lack of soil, water or light conditions.

Creeping charlie plants are usually easy to grow. If the leaves are falling off, your plant might need nutrients. Fertilize with proper household fertilizer. Charlie prefers moist soil, so give it plenty of water. Don't make it soggy. The leaves also might be falling off to make way for new leaves.

One reason may be a watering problem. Creeping charlie prefers moist soil, so make sure the dirt is not too dry. On the other hand, also make sure you aren't overwatering to where the soil is soggy and heavy. Another thing to check is light exposure. It prefers a somewhat dark environment.

When the leaves all turned yellow and fell of mine it was because where I had it planted it was getting to much sun and way to much water buy I also know they will do the same thing id they arent getting enough water and sun other than that they are pretty hardy plants.

The leaves are falling off because they may not be getting enough nutrition or may be making way for new leaves to grow. Plants require ideal soil, water, and lighting.
