Why am I having trouble with losing weight?

this really is something to talk to your doctor about. It may be that your eating habits or diet aren't working for you. Maybe you need more exercise and less calories. It is also possible that you may have a thyroid condition called hypothyroidism. This slows down metabolism and affects weight.

You may not be eating the right foods or getting the correct amount of exercise. If you eat extremely well and exercise enough, then it could be that your thyroid is off. You should talk to your doctor who can give you the correct next steps and can do a blood test to check your thyroid.

Weight lose is a tough spot and often many factors go into having trouble losing weight. Some people are genetical made to be as big as they are, other don't exercise enough and still others have a poor diet. Try upping all your efforts on all fronts and eat better and exercise more.

Losing weight is sometimes not an easy task. There are many factors that can keep you from reaching your goals. You might have a slow metabolism due to your age, you might need a harder workout to really burn weight, there might be a medical condition that is keeping you from losing weight, etc. It varies from person to person.

The problem of losing weight can be an illness or caused by a psychological factor in our life. Bulimia can make us eat a lot on a side, but also life disappointment can make us retreat ourselves and start eating more. We can only get pass through this with medical and friends help.
