How can I safely lose weight fast?

I want to lose weight by new years eve.

It's not that safe to loose a whole lot of weight in just a week. If you lose weight that rapidly, it will be water and muscle, not fat. To safely lose a small amount, eat half portions and do cardio exercises for 1 - 2 hours a day.

Lose wieght by eating lean meats, vegetables, and legumes. Do not eat anything white like sugar, bread, or starches. Exercise 30 minutes a day.

You can't. It is impossible to safely lose a significant amount of weight quickly. If you choose an unsafe means, like crash dieting, you will endanger your health.

I believe a high protein low carb diet is the best to loss weight. Make sure you eat all your carbs before dinner time and don't eat after 9p. m.
