Who wrote a good Handel biography?

George Frideric Handle has had a few biographies written about him. But no one delves into the music behind the composer but Donald Burrows. He really takes his full on biography down into what inspired Handel personally.

There are several good books about Handel out there. There is a textbook that you may be interested in called "Handle" by Donald Burrows. This gives a full biography of his life. There is also one that deals more with cantatas that he wrote is called "Handel as Orpheus" by author Ellen T. Harris.
