Motorola makes the best cheap prepaid phones, they are extremely cheap and all you have to do is add minutes instead of paying for a monthly bill. Although many big cell phone companies such as T-mobile, sprint, metro pcs, ect. also make cheap prepaid cell phones for all users. Motorola, in my opinion, is the cheapest in prepaid cell phones.

For me, the best cheap prepaid cell phone is the Verizon wireless. Verizon wireless charged the prepaid cell phone user very cheaply.

metro pcs makes the best cheap prepaid cell phones. you pay by month and they even have black berrys and other cool phone just like that.
