Two way pagers cannot text cell phones. If you want to text someone's cell phone you will need to have a texting cell phone or an email account.

Yes, you can. You have to have that feature installed though. There is a good chance you might not, so contact your carrier and let them know that you would like that feature enabled as soon as possible. There is a good chance that you may have that feature, so just text away and see if it goes through.
