Soichiro Honda was born in rural Iwata-gun, Japan November 17, 1906. He turned his passion for fixing motors into a career when he founded the Honda Motor Company in 1948. That company which was responsibile for the manufacture of the Civic and the Accord cars made him millions.

He was a Japanese engineer and industrialist and found of Honda Motor Company, one of the largest automobile manufacturing companies in the world. He was born in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, Japan and passed away at the age of 84 on August 5,1991 of liver failure. He was a very adventurous man in his later years with his wife, Sachi.
