Who invented Celsius and Fahrenheit?

Anders Celsius invented the Celsius system of measuring temperature. He was a Swedish astronomer. Daniel Gabriel Fahrenheit invented the Fahrenheit system of measuring temperature. He was a German physicist.

Fahrenheit was DUTCH. He was mostly an instrument maker who was, in fact, born in Poland. add a comment

Anders Celsius invented the celsius [metric system] and Daniel Gabriel invented the Fahrenheit [customary system]. We use Fahrenheit ONLY in U.S. and they use Celsius in other countries.

The Celsius measurement of temperature was invented by Anders Celsius . The fahrenheit temperature measurement was invented developed by Daniel Gabriel Fahrenheit. Water freezes at 0 degrees and boils at 100 degrees celsius and water freezes at 32 degrees fahrenheit and boils at 212 degrees fahrenheit.
