Roy Thomas has the record for the most foul balls in MLB. He played from 1899 to 1911. He fouled off 22 pitches in one at bat. Also Jack Dittmer fouled off about 22 in one at bat.

The most foul balls in a career? Or in a single at bat? I believe it's Ty Cobb or Pete Rose for a single at bat. I don't think foul balls over a career is a stat that is tracked by major league baseball. It's just something that's not interesting to most individuals.
