I would check out a head shop in a college town. I know that sounds funny, but they always have those beaded door curtains. Try Ebay too. They have everything.

From my experience, major retailers like Target and Walmart don't carry too big of a selection. You can try decorating stores like Bed, Bath and Beyond, but I'm unsure of what they would have. If there's any local "hippie shops" around, chances are they would carry some. Your best bet, however, would be to buy online.

I think a home improvement store such as Lowe's, or even a store that carries just hardware supplies, pertaining to decorative door supplies.
