The best phone carrier that has good internationl plans is Tracfone. Its a prepaid cell phone company which you basically pay as you go. Texts to send and recieve cost .30 units or basically a third of a minute. You can also send pictures but that will cost you one unit. Hope this helped!

ATT has different international text messaging packages. Verizon also has a international text message plan, it all depends on how many international text messages you think you will be sending per bill cycle.

AT&T have a great international texting plan. Their rates are aboout $0.25 to send and $0.15 to recieve text messages. This bundle can save you about 50% on your phone bill!

I use Telus international text message plan for 10 dollars a month. International texts are five cents each.It saves me a lot of money and I get free texts to people in Canada.

If you're solely texting, you can pretty much find a cheap plan on any cell phone company. But T-mobile seems to be the most popular.
